THIRD-PARTY CHILDCARE LOGISTICS & LIABILITY WAIVER

1. Nature of Service
Bundle Box by Bai operates strictly as a subscription box provider and a third-party administrative billing broker. The Company assists subscribers by locating available childcare slots and processing payments directly to independent, third-party licensed daycare facilities.

2. No Employment or Agency Relationship
Subscribers explicitly acknowledge that Daycare Providers are entirely independent business entities. Daycare Providers are not owned, operated, managed, controlled, or employed by the Company. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship exists between the Company and any Daycare Provider.

3. Parental Responsibility for Final Inspection and Approval
While the Company assists in identifying and routing payments to licensed Daycare Providers, the Subscriber maintains ultimate and sole responsibility for inspecting, evaluating, and approving the facility, staff, safety protocols, and cleanliness of the selected daycare before placing their child in its care. The Company’s selection of a facility does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of the quality or safety of care.

4. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
The Subscriber assumes all risks associated with their child’s attendance at the Daycare Provider's facility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Subscriber hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges Bundle Box by Bai, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, lawsuits, damages, or costs (including medical bills and legal fees) arising from:

• Any bodily injury, illness, allergic reaction, or accidental death occurring while the child is in the care of the Daycare Provider.

• Any acts of negligence, misconduct, or omissions committed by the Daycare Provider or its staff.

• Property damage or loss occurring at the daycare facility.

5. Insurance Notice
The Company does not carry, provide, or maintain liability, medical, or property insurance covering subscribers, their children, or Daycare Providers. All insurance claims regarding daycare incidents must be filed directly against the insurance policy maintained by the respective Daycare Provider.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing the Premium Subscription Tier ($479.00/month) and checking the box below, the Subscriber certifies that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms of this liability waiver.
