  • When will my first box ship?
    To ensure our team carefully curates your custom box, your product subscription (diapers, wipes, formula, and clothing) activates 14 days after your initial sign-up date. Your recurring monthly billing cycle will align with this shipment date moving forward.

  • When can I start using the 6 months of paid daycare? The paid daycare benefit can be activated starting 90 days after your initial subscription sign-up date. This buffer allows us to secure your spot with our childcare partners.

  • Can I use my daycare months back-to-back?
    No. To keep our program accessible and balanced, the 6 months of paid daycare are strictly non-consecutive. You can activate one month of childcare at a time, followed by a mandatory product-only period before activating your next childcare month.

  • Can I use one subscription for multiple children?
    No. Every subscription is strictly one child per subscription. At checkout, the plan is legally tied to a specific child's name, age, and sizes.

  • I have two children. Can I buy two single subscriptions?  Yes! You are welcome to purchase two separate subscriptions (one for each child). Please note that each subscription must be checked out separately with the individual child's unique details. To protect our daycare partner rosters, childcare benefits cannot be transferred, shared, or rotated between siblings.

  • Can my Bundle Box be customized? All bundle boxes are packaged according to gender of child. Color scheme options are available with The Boss Baby Bundle.​

  • Who delivers my Bundle Box? Every single box is hand-delivered personally by the Bundle Box by Bai team. We do not use third-party mail carriers like UPS or FedEx.

  • Can I choose my own daycare facility, what if I don't like the options presented? If a parent finds or has a daycare, they love that Bundle Box is not partnered with, there is an option for "Out of Network Care Credit" that must be approved.

  • I receive assistance from the government, why do I need this service? At Bundle Box-By Bai, we believe every single working parent deserves a break. No waiting lists. No income checks. No paperwork. Just a flat monthly subscription that delivers your premium diapers, formula, and clothing loops to your porch, while letting you choose exactly when your daycare months are paid. You run your schedule, not the state.
