1. Delivery Cost

• 100% Free: Delivery is entirely free for all subscription tiers.

• No Extra Fees: You will never pay hidden handling or delivery charges.

 

2. Delivery Schedule

• Monthly Cycle: Packages arrive once every calendar month(option for bi-weekly)

• Delivery Window: Deliveries occur 14 days after first purchase.

• Time Frames: Drop-offs happen between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

• Notification: You will receive a text message 30 minutes before arrival.

 

3. Eligibility & Service Area

•  We currently deliver exclusively to select cities.

• Verification: Enter your address at checkout to confirm your location qualifies.

• No P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes due to personal drop-off requirements.

 

4. Subscription Tiers Covered

• Standard Bundle: Included in the $179.00/month subscription.

• Premium Bundle: Included in the $479.00/month subscription.

 

5. Attendance & Drop-Off Rules

• No Contact Delivery: Packages can be left on your porch if requested.

• Signature Requirements: Packages do not require a signature.

• Gated Communities: Please provide gate codes in your account profile notes.

• Missed Deliveries: We will re-attempt delivery the next day if we cannot access your property.
